How I got here.

Ten years in three parts.

Then

Seven years in the Air Force as a Munitions Systems Engineer. The job was easy to describe and hard to do: know where every asset is, all the time, and never be wrong about it. That is where I learned to build systems instead of trusting people to remember, and where I first led a team.

Since

Northrop Grumman taught me formal systems engineering: model-based architecture, requirements traceability, and chairing governance boards. GE Healthcare sharpened that into software systems engineering: data architecture, logging and observability, and testing protocols, built alongside the software engineers who owned the code, then validated with the clinicians who would actually use it.

Now

At BAE Systems I own a $60M+ integration program on the customer side, govern technical interfaces across five partner organizations, and lead independent review on a contested integration to protect program and financial interests before acceptance.

What I work with.

Six domains I work in day to day. Pick one.

Ten years, four organizations.

Everything below is something I can walk you through in detail. Nothing here is padded.

BAE Systems, Inc. Engineering Project Manager MAY 2025 — PRESENT
  • Primary customer-side owner of a $60M+ systems integration program, governing technical interfaces across five partner organizations including Johns Hopkins APL and Northrop Grumman; independently built and led a contested technical review to protect program and financial interests before acceptance.
  • Led a cross-organizational effort with partner organizations including Johns Hopkins APL and Northrop Grumman, applying prior high-consequence regulatory compliance expertise to bridge certification knowledge gaps and mapping the end-to-end software delivery pipeline from development through independent verification; closed a critical dependency gap, establishing a software delivery pathway across three partner sites supporting sustainment engineering teams.
  • Reconciled competing requirements across 5 engineering teams into the authoritative roadmap for a $12B portfolio, and was given senior lead status within 60 days.
  • Independently launched and operated a standalone organizational model through a 14-day blackout with no external support, achieving 100% operational continuity and zero delivery failures.
GE Healthcare Lead Systems Engineer AUG 2024 — MAY 2025
  • Built an automated client-onboarding risk engine compressing clinical verification from 5 days to 4 hours.
  • Owned end-to-end SE for the OEC Elite 3D needle trajectory feature: formal FMEA, hazard analysis, multi-day clinical V&V, shipped with zero post-release issues and global physician adoption.
  • Redesigned a queue management system's underlying data structures, working directly with software engineers to review code and adjust system parameters, reducing cycle times by 40%.
  • Designed a unified data logging architecture within the software stack, engineering the error visibility framework that decreased mean time to resolution by 35%.
Northrop Grumman Systems Engineer APR 2023 — AUG 2024
  • Applied model-based systems engineering with Cameo and Teamcenter PLM to a multi-year infrastructure modernization program, integrating 500+ high-consequence regulatory requirements with zero rework.
  • Chaired 20+ cross-functional technical governance boards as the compliance representative, across internal teams, the customer, and subcontractors, including restricted-access environments.
  • Redesigned a legacy governance framework with automated rule updates, cutting cycle time 50%. Earned the BRAVO to Our Stars Award.
  • Ran a comprehensive FMEA that surfaced and mitigated 15 critical single points of failure before release.
U.S. Air Force Munitions Systems Engineer, Active Duty APR 2016 — APR 2023
  • Led an 18-person team over a $73M high-value asset portfolio across 57 accounts, 300K+ annual deliveries, and 15,000 operational events, holding a 100% QA pass rate for seven years.
  • Directed configuration management and reconciliation for 65 aircraft across 5 types in a $7.9B fleet.
  • Built an inventory validation system verifying 6.6M individual assets with zero tracking discrepancies.
  • Executed export-controlled packaging, inspection, and international shipment of regulated goods.

Job Hunting Toolkit

A free alternative to paid resume services, built as two Claude Projects with nothing to install. Write your real accomplishments down once, and it screens postings against your own rules, builds a tailored resume and cover letter, then turns each interview into a live prep card. It can only use what you actually wrote, so nothing falls apart on a follow-up question.

A learning tool that refuses to give you the answer. Ask it anything and it asks you a better question back, one at a time, until you get there yourself. Built on the idea that being handed an answer teaches you nothing, while being walked to one teaches you the method. Python, Claude API and Streamlit, zero to production in 72 hours.

What happens when you divide by zero?
What is dividing actually asking? 10 ÷ 2 asks how many 2s fit inside 10.
So how many 0s fit in 10... none? Or infinite?
You just found the problem yourself. Both can't be true at once.

Web Scraper Agent

Answer four questions about what you are looking for and why. It runs two separate passes, one across published sources and one across first-person forum threads, then scores every result against your stated goal and discards anything short of a perfect match. A typical run keeps three results out of thirty. You get a sourced report, not a pile of links.

Job Matcher

Forked from the research agent. It condenses years of real accomplishments into a cached profile once, then scores live listings against that evidence instead of keywords, so a posting stuffed with the right buzzwords still fails if the record does not back it up. Pay estimates only run on listings that already cleared the bar, which keeps the API bill honest.
