• Client-side technical owner of a $60M+ systems integration spanning five partner orgs. When the vendor deliverable was headed for sign-off with gaps the formal review wasn't built to catch, spun up an independent technical and financial review and stopped it before acceptance, heading off hundreds of hours of rework.
• Unblocked secure software delivery across three partner sites: decomposed the use cases, modeled the full release pipeline (dev, test labs, configuration management, signed and encrypted packaging, independent verification), and brought the certification know-how the team was missing to close the dependency gap.
• Turned competing requirements from 5 engineering teams into a single roadmap for a $12B portfolio. Promoted to senior lead within 60 days.
• Designed and ran a standalone launch solo through a 14-day holiday freeze with no one else online: 100% uptime, zero delivery failures.
• Picked up engineering management on an interim basis after my manager left, on top of program and systems engineering ownership. Run a mixed team of systems, software, and security engineers (reviews, growth plans, 1:1s) and hired 4 engineers for a new contract build-out, every offer accepted, onboarding them ahead of a planned contract ownership transition.
• Cut 60% of process overhead by automating engineering workflows, delivered a six-month software tool in under three, and blocked $500K in spend on third-party tools that didn't fit the requirements.

• Built the backend logic for an automated client-onboarding risk engine, cutting clinical verification from 5 days to 4 hours.
• Owned the OEC Elite 3D needle trajectory feature end to end, from user need through FMEA, hazard analysis, and multi-day clinical V&V to release: zero post-release defects and adopted by physicians globally.
• Reworked a queue management system's data structures alongside the software engineers, reviewing code and tuning system parameters to cut cycle time 40%.
• Designed a unified logging and error-visibility architecture across the software stack, cutting mean time to resolution 35%.
• Stood up continuous testing on agile test beds that caught 120+ defects before release, and wrote the architecture docs that cut integration onboarding 50%.

• Ran model-based systems engineering in Cameo and Teamcenter PLM on a multi-year platform modernization program, integrating 500+ high-consequence requirements with zero rework.
• Led 20+ cross-functional engineering reviews as the compliance lead, getting internal teams, the customer, and vendors aligned on decisions.
• Rebuilt a legacy compliance framework around automated rule updates, cutting decision cycle time 50% and removing manual developer work. BRAVO to Our Stars Award.
• Ran a full FMEA that found and closed 15 critical single points of failure before release.
• Made IBM DOORS and Cameo one source of truth: translated subsystem requirements both ways between standards and architecture with full model linkage, and served as primary compliance auditor across multiple subsystems.

• Led an 18-person team running a $73M asset portfolio across 57 accounts, 300K+ annual deliveries, and 15,000 operational events, with a 100% QA pass rate for seven years.
• Owned configuration management and reconciliation for 65 aircraft across 5 types in a $7.9B fleet.
• Built an inventory validation system that verified 6.6M assets with zero tracking discrepancies.
• Ran change management for 600+ schedule and inventory changes a week, keeping 5K production cycles on track.
• Managed a core of 4 to 5 direct reports across two sites and four teams, wrote their performance reviews, and scaled to lead cross-team groups of 15 to 20 on large engineering and logistics operations.
